The DNS record that makes your site answer at your own address, provider by provider.
For your site to answer at your own address, one record is missing in the panel
where your domain is registered. It is a single line, and it takes a few minutes.
| Field | What to fill in |
|---|---|
| Type | `CNAME` |
| Name / Host / Subdomain | `reservas` |
| Points to / Target / Value / Content | `sites.rezvia.io` |
| TTL | `300` |
The address needs a label — `reservas.yourdomain.com`, for example. A domain with no label (`yourdomain.com`) cannot take a CNAME: that is a rule of DNS itself, not a Rezvia limitation. If you want to use your main domain, talk to us.
Where it is: My Products → next to the domain, DNS or Manage DNS
1. Sign in and open My Products.
2. On your domain, open DNS management.
3. Click to add a record and choose type CNAME.
4. Fill in the fields from the table above and save.
⚠️ The name field wants only `reservas`. Pasting the whole domain creates a duplicated address that does not work and shows no error.
Where it is: Open the domain → DNS section → Configurar zona DNS
1. Sign in at registro.br with your CPF/CNPJ and open your domain.
2. Open the DNS section and choose to configure the zone.
3. ⚠️ If no record fields show up, look for the option that enables Registro.br’s own DNS management — some accounts keep it hidden.
4. Add a CNAME record with the values from the table above and save.
⚠️ The domain must be using Registro.br’s own nameservers. If it points to another provider (a hosting company, for instance), the record has to be created there, not here.
Where it is: hPanel → Domains → on the domain, Manage → DNS / Nameservers
1. Sign in to hPanel and open your domain list.
2. Click Manage on your domain and open DNS / Nameservers.
3. Under add record, choose type CNAME.
4. Fill in the fields from the table above and save.
⚠️ The panel usually appends the domain in the name field. After saving, check that the record reads `reservas` and not the domain repeated twice.
Where it is: Select the domain → DNS → Records → Add record
1. Sign in to Cloudflare and select your domain.
2. Open DNS, then Records.
3. Click Add record and choose type CNAME.
4. Fill in the fields from the table above.
5. 🔴 Leave Proxy OFF — the cloud must be grey, not orange.
6. Save.
⚠️ With the proxy on (orange cloud), Cloudflare hides your record and answers with its own addresses. Our check cannot find the CNAME and refuses the activation — even with everything correct in your panel. Keep the cloud grey; if you need the proxy later, talk to us.
1. Sign in to the panel where your domain is registered.
2. Look for the DNS area — it shows up as "DNS", "DNS Zone", "Manage DNS" or "Edit zone".
3. Choose to add a new record.
4. Fill in the four fields from the table above.
5. Save.
⚠️ Any panel works: what matters are the four fields in the table. If you cannot find the DNS area, send us the provider’s name — we will look together.
That is it — let us know once the record is created. Rezvia checks the DNS, issues the security certificate and completes the activation. Usually the same day; what can take longer is your provider’s propagation, which sometimes needs a few hours.
