How to add and organize property photos

Why do photos matter so much?

The photo is the guest's first filter: it is what decides whether the rest is worth reading. A well-photographed property competes on better terms than an identical property photographed badly.

Step by step

1. Go to Settings → Properties.

2. Click the edit icon (pencil) on the property.

3. Scroll to the Photos section.

4. Click Add photo and select the images from your computer.

5. Click Save.

Practical tip

Shoot during the day with good natural light

Include: the facade, the pool, the barbecue area, bedrooms and bathrooms

The first photo becomes the cover image — choose the best one

Common mistakes

Photos that are too dark or badly lit

Phone photos of an untidy space (tidy everything before shooting)

Refresh the photos each season so the listing stays current.
