How payout transfers work

Understand when and how booking revenue reaches your bank account.

How do payouts work?

When a guest pays an online charge, the payment provider holds the amount for a processing period and then transfers it to the registered bank account. In Brazil, Rezvia online payments are processed by Asaas. See online payments with Asaas.

What gets deducted?

  • You receive — the booking amount, less the processing fees charged by the payment provider, which vary by payment method (Pix or card).

    • How to track it

    Follow your receipts through the Rezvia financial area and, in detail, through your payment provider's own panel (for example, the Asaas dashboard).

    Practical tip

    If your provider allows it, configure automatic payouts so what came in reaches you as often as possible.

    Common mistakes

  • Expecting the money to land instantly — there is a processing period
  • Not checking that the bank account registered with the payment provider is correct
    • These payouts apply to bookings paid online. On properties configured to receive payment directly, the guest pays the owner and there is no payout to process.
