Use your site logo on the owner statement PDF as well, and learn which file format to choose.
The logo that appears on your booking site is the same one that appears at the top of the owner statement PDF. There is no second upload: you keep one file, and it serves both places.
That gives your reporting the look of your business, with no extra work.
1. Go to Settings → Profile.
2. Find the Site visual identity section.
3. Under Public site logo, upload the file.
4. Save.
From then on, generated statements come out with the logo at the top.
The public site accepts JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB.
The statement PDF, however, currently embeds only JPG/JPEG and PNG. A logo uploaded as WebP works normally on the site but does not appear in the PDF.
When the file cannot be embedded — an unsupported format, a corrupted image, or no logo at all — the statement is generated normally, just without the logo.
No figure on the statement changes because of this. The logo is presentation, and it never blocks delivery of the document. If your PDF came out without the logo, check the format of the uploaded file first.
Can I use a different logo per property?
No. The logo belongs to your business and applies to every property.
How do I check the result?
Generate a statement and export the PDF. See how to generate owner statements.
Does changing the logo alter old statements?
PDFs you have already downloaded stay as they are. New downloads use the current logo.
