Charging more on holidays and weekends is simple with Rezvia.
Public holidays, Carnival, New Year and school holidays have far higher demand. Dynamic pricing raises your revenue with no extra effort.
1. Go to Settings → Properties.
2. Click the Calendar icon (green) on the property you want.
3. Select the dates you want to change (click each one, or drag).
4. Enter the custom price for those dates.
5. Click Save.
Dates with a custom price are highlighted in green on the calendar.
Setting a different price for a date changes only the amount charged. The guest sees the new price normally, with no crossed-out value.
The "was / now" format, with the previous price struck through, only appears when you explicitly declare that price to be an offer. That is a separate decision, and it exists precisely so you can lower a price without announcing a sale.
See Custom price vs. public offer: when the crossed-out price appears.
Set holiday prices at least 2 months in advance. Guests plan ahead.
Build an annual table of special dates and configure them all at the start of the year.
How to define the property base rate
The base rate is the default nightly price when no special pricing is configured.
