AI Agent: frequently asked questions

Cost, conversation allowance, languages, safety and what to do if the agent number drops.

How much does it cost?

The AI Agent is an add-on: it sits on top of your current plan, billed monthly, and works with any plan. The price is on the AI Agent page of the Rezvia website and in your proposal.

How does the allowance work?

Each account has a monthly allowance of messages exchanged, agreed when you sign up. Mind the unit: the count is in messages, not conversations — a dates/price/link conversation usually runs six to eight messages back and forth.

The Panel shows how much you have used and warns you past 80%. Accounts without a limit have no bar: you just see the numbers.

Does it answer in other languages?

It answers in Portuguese and English. With the guest's language option on, it follows whatever language the person wrote in. The default language is what it uses when the message does not make it clear.

Can it get a price wrong?

The amount is not written by the agent. The system calculates it from your rates, for those dates and that party size, and hands over the result ready. If the system did not calculate it, the agent does not mention a number.

That is why amounts typed by hand into the frequent questions are ignored: that number ages, the system's does not.

Can it create a booking without my knowing?

No. It sends the link; the guest completes and pays on the booking page. Every booking that lands on your calendar went through a payment, like any other.

What about guest data safety?

  • It never asks for card, bank transfer or ID over WhatsApp.
  • The frequent questions are public, sales-facing material — gate codes and arrival instructions do not belong there (see the frequent questions article).
  • Every settings change is logged: who changed it, when, and what changed.
  • The agent number dropped. Now what?

    The Panel warns you in red and offers a Reconnect button, which opens a fresh QR code. Scan it with the agent's phone, under Linked devices.

    To keep it from dropping:

  • keep the agent's phone powered on and online;
  • do not use that SIM in another WhatsApp Web at the same time;
  • do not unlink the device from the phone.
  • While it is down, nobody is being answered — messages sit in WhatsApp waiting, and you will see them when you reconnect.

    Where do I configure it?

    AI Agent → Configure. It is a single screen, with the eight steps in one list: units, personality, what it does, frequent questions, human handoff, number, test and activate. Whatever is already done shows a tick.

    The first time, the screen opens on the first missing step and the button is Continue — it saves and moves on. Leaving midway does not lose what you saved: when you come back, it resumes where you stopped.

    Once you open it to everyone, the same screen becomes maintenance: it opens on the first step, all of them clickable, and the button becomes Save — you change one thing and stay where you are.

    Can I switch it off for a few days?

    Yes. In the Panel, Pause stops it from replying and Resume gives the conversations back. The settings stay intact.

    Can I go back to test mode after opening to everyone?

    Yes: just put numbers back on the Test mode list. With numbers on the list, it answers only those again.

    Who on my team can change it?

    Account owners and administrators can edit the agent. Everyone else sees the settings but cannot change them — the screen tells them they have read-only access.
