The AI Agent Panel

The agent state, the alerts that need action, this month's numbers and who is waiting for a person.

Where it is

AI Agent in the sidebar. It is the first screen, and you can open it in the morning and know in ten seconds whether someone is waiting.

The state, at the top

One sentence describing how it is:

  • Answering all guests — business as usual.
  • In test mode — replying only to the numbers on the list.
  • Paused by you — you stopped it, and you resume when you want.
  • Suspended — suspended by Rezvia; contact support.
  • Number not connected — nobody is being answered.
  • The alerts

They only appear when there is something for you to do. Each one carries its action button:

  • "{n} conversation(s) waiting for a person" → See who is waiting.
  • "The agent number is disconnected" → Reconnect.
  • "Allowance at {pct}% of the month" → See usage. Shows from 80% on.
  • "In test mode" → Open to everyone.
  • No alert on screen means nothing is pending.

    This month's numbers

Three numbers, which are the ones that matter:

  • Conversations handled — how many people it attended.
  • Booking links — how many times it sent the link for someone to close.
  • Handed to people — how many times it called you.
  • Each one comes with a comparison against the same period of the previous month (from the 1st to the same day), so the comparison is fair: on the 8th it compares with the first 8 days of last month. In the first month, with nothing to compare against, it says no history instead of inventing a variation.

    The allowance

The bar shows messages exchanged this month against your allowance. Mind the unit: the allowance is counted in messages, and each conversation has several — a dates/price/link conversation usually runs six to eight.

If your account has no limit, there is no bar: you see the numbers and a discreet no limit.

    Who is waiting

The queue of open handoffs, from the longest wait to the most recent. Each row shows the guest, the reason (the agent called, or the owner took over) and how many minutes, hours or days they have been waiting.

Two buttons per row: Open card (goes to the CRM card) and Hand back to the agent.

Below the queue are the most recently handed back, so you can see what was resolved today.
