Units and what the agent is allowed to do

Which units it may offer and which capabilities stay on: answering, checking availability, quoting and sending the booking link.

Units: what it may offer

AI Agent → Configure → Units.

The list shows your registered units. Tick the ones the agent may offer. Anything left unticked, it does not offer — it will not mention it, check availability for it, or quote it.

This helps when a unit is under renovation, rents only for long stays, or is one you prefer to negotiate yourself.

If nothing is ticked, it has nothing to offer. The card warns you that none is ticked and the agent offers nothing.

A unit that is not published yet shows an unpublished label. It can be ticked, but remember the booking link depends on the public page.

What it does: the capabilities

AI Agent → Configure → What it does.

There are four, and they stack — each one only makes sense with the previous:

  • Answer questions: speaks from what is already published (units, amenities, rules).
  • Check availability: looks at the calendar before saying there is room.
  • Quote prices: calculates the total from your registered rates and states how long the amount is valid.
  • Send the booking link: sends the link where the guest completes and pays.
  • Contracted × on

    Two different things:

  • Contracted is what your plan includes. Anything you have not contracted appears greyed out, telling you to talk to Rezvia to add it.
  • On is what you want to use right now, within what you contracted. You can turn a contracted capability off at any time — for example, let it answer questions but not quote while you adjust your rates.
  • How long the amount is valid

Next to the capabilities there is the how long the amount is valid option:

  • Until the end of the day: the guest gets the amount and has until the end of that day to close. This is the most common choice, and it avoids a rushed feeling.
  • For minutes: for operations with very contested availability.
  • The validity is written into the message the guest receives. They know how long the amount holds, which prevents the "but yesterday it was cheaper" conversation.
