How to register your first property

Why register it properly?

A complete listing builds guest confidence and makes managing bookings easier.

Step by step

1. Go to Settings → Properties.

2. Click + New Property.

3. Fill in the property name (e.g. Vila Toscana Country House).

4. Enter the full address.

5. Set the base rate (the default nightly price).

6. Add photos — click the camera icon and upload.

7. Describe the amenities (pool, barbecue, wi-fi, and so on).

8. Click Save.

Where the property appears afterwards

The property list has two tabs — Active and Archived — each with its own counter. A newly created property goes into the active list.

If one day you take the property out of circulation, it moves to Archived without deleting bookings or history, and it can come back whenever you want. See active and archived properties.

Each property's information line shows the rental type, the usage type and, where applicable, the Direct payment badge.

If this property receives payment directly

Reopen the property for editing and look for the Direct payment to the owner section. That is where you register the payee, the Pix key and the instructions the guest receives right after booking. See how to set up direct payment.

Practical tip

Use a memorable name for the property. "Lake House — Bonfim Paulista" beats plain "House".

Leaving the nightly rate empty (it is required for the booking site to work)

Uploading photos that are too small or low quality
