Add people to your account, choose each one access type, and understand what a property owner can see.
Go to Settings → Users. That is where every person with access to your account is listed, with their access type.
1. Go to Settings → Users.
2. Click Add User.
3. Fill in the name and email.
4. Fill in the initial password.
5. Choose the access type.
6. If it is Property owner, tick the linked properties.
7. Save.
A Property owner user needs at least one linked property. Without it the save button stays disabled — an owner with no property would land in an empty portal.
If you have not registered any property yet, the screen tells you: create a property before turning someone into an owner.
Demoting or promoting someone takes effect immediately.
One important detail: if a user stops being a Property owner, the property links are removed automatically. That is deliberate — a forgotten link would grant access after the relationship ended.
Beyond the linked properties, you control which areas are available to anyone with that access type. Go to Settings → Owner Portal and switch each one on or off:
A switched-off area disappears from the menu and is blocked by direct link. If all of them are off, the owner lands on a screen saying nothing is available.
This setting applies to all Property owner users on your account.
Regardless of permissions, someone with Property owner access does not see the operational panel, nor other owners' properties, nor your business's internal data. Their access is a separate door, not a reduced version of yours.
Removing a user cuts their access immediately. The history of what they recorded stays in the account — removing a person does not erase work.
