Understand why your public link shows certain messages and unavailable dates.
Your booking link does not just show photos and a price: it applies the rules you configured. When a guest sees a message like "3-night minimum" or finds a date unavailable, it is because one of your settings is being respected.
This article explains where each message comes from, so you know where to adjust it.
You can require a minimum stay in two ways:
If the guest selects a shorter period than the minimum, the link warns them before they try to complete. Configure it under Settings → Properties → edit.
Dates such as New Year and Carnival can have their own rule, with a different night minimum or a closed package. When the period is a package, the guest has to book the whole range — the link makes that explicit at date selection.
The property's standard times appear alongside the chosen dates. If you enabled the option, the guest also states what time they intend to arrive and leave, and sees the notice that it is only a forecast.
If you configured Early Check-in or Late Checkout, the time range in which they can make the request appears — along with the fee, when there is one.
If the property has a pet policy configured, the link shows whether pets are accepted, how many, and — in properties that sell rooms — which units accept them. When they are not accepted, the message is direct, to stop the guest booking and finding out later.
A date can appear blocked for several reasons: there is already a booking, you blocked it manually, a booking came in from another channel through the calendar integration, or the minimum booking notice was not met.
The guest does not see the reason — only that the date is unavailable. To investigate, open the Calendar in your panel.
The displayed price follows the base rate, the price configured for that date and the period rules. The "was / now" format, with the previous value struck through, only appears when you declare an offer — it is not automatic. See Custom price vs. public offer.
A guest tries to book Friday to Saturday, a single night. The link warns that Fridays require a 2-night minimum.
They then choose Friday to Sunday. The price already reflects what you configured for the weekend, the check-in and check-out times are visible beside the dates, and — if you enabled it — they say they intend to arrive at 20:00.
You receive the booking knowing the time, without having to ask.
