Complete step-by-step guide to create, review and approve the monthly owner statement in Rezvia.
The statement process has three stages: generate the draft, review and adjust, and approve. Once approved, the statement becomes an official record and is available to the owner in their portal.
Generate the statement when you close the month — normally in the first few days of the following month, after confirming that every booking in the period is recorded and correctly configured.
1. Go to Finance → Statements in the sidebar.
2. Select the property.
3. Choose the reference month and year.
4. Click Generate statement.
The system creates a draft with every confirmed booking in the period, automatically applying the channel fees recorded on each one.
With the draft generated, check:
To add a manual adjustment:
1. Scroll to the Adjustments section.
2. Click + Add adjustment.
3. Enter the type (advance, discount or addition), the description and the amount.
4. Click Save adjustment.
The payout summary updates automatically.
1. Once everything is reviewed, click Approve statement.
2. Confirm in the confirmation dialog.
3. The status changes to Approved.
Once approved, the statement is frozen. No data can be changed, preserving the official record of the payout.
After transferring the money to the owner:
1. Open the approved statement.
2. Click Mark as paid.
3. Confirm the payment.
The status changes to Paid and the owner can see that update in the portal.
