Monitor the status of every payout to an owner. For the money guests pay you, see How to track booking revenue.
With several properties and owners, it is easy to lose track of who has been paid and who is still waiting. Rezvia centralises that in the statements module, where each payout has a clear status.
The statement is approved but the payout has not been made. The owner can see the final amount in the portal, but the status shows as outstanding.
What to do: make the transfer and mark it as paid as soon as the payment goes out.
An advance has been recorded in the statement adjustments, but the full balance is still outstanding. The statement may be approved or still in draft at this stage.
What to do: pay the remaining balance and mark the statement as paid.
The payout was made and the manager marked the statement as paid. The owner sees "Paid" in the portal.
1. Go to Finance → Statements.
2. Use the status filter to see every Approved statement (not yet paid).
3. Sort by property or by date to prioritise.
This view makes it easy to see who needs paying and what is still open.
A manager with three properties in May:
| Property | Status | Net | Situation |
|--------------------|--------------|-------------|---------------------|
| Example House 01 | Approved | R$ 1,800.00 | Awaiting payment |
| Example House 02 | Paid | R$ 2,200.00 | Payout settled |
| Example House 03 | Draft | — | Still under review |
In this example, Example House 01 needs to be paid before the month closes.
