Understand what each indicator on the Operational Dashboard means and how to use it for financial decisions.
What is the Operational Dashboard?
The Operational Dashboard is the manager's main panel in Rezvia. It presents a consolidated view of every property with the key financial and operational indicators for the period.
It is the starting point for monitoring the financial health of the operation without opening each property one by one.
What you find on the Dashboard
Period summary
Total gross revenue — the sum of every confirmed booking in the month, before deductions
Total channel fees — the sum of every commission deducted by OTAs
Total operational revenue — gross minus channel fees across every property
Outstanding payouts — the total not yet paid to owners
View by property
Each property appears with:
Gross revenue for the period
Channel fee deducted
Operational revenue
Statement status (Draft, Approved, Paid)
Occupancy indicators
Total bookings — confirmed bookings in the period
Nights occupied — total nights with a guest
Average occupancy rate — the percentage of days occupied in the period
Alerts and outstanding items
Approved statements awaiting payment
Properties with no statement generated for the current month
Bookings with no source channel recorded
How to use the Dashboard in practice
At the start of the month:
Check which approved statements are still unpaid.
Confirm the previous month was closed correctly.
Through the month:
Track gross revenue growth against the previous month.
Watch which properties have fewer bookings and may need action.
At month end:
Use the consolidated summary to generate each property's statement.
Compare operational revenue with the period target.
Worked example
A May dashboard showing:
3 active properties
Gross revenue: R$ 8,400.00
Channel fees: R$ 980.00
Operational revenue: R$ 7,420.00
2 approved statements awaiting payment
1 property with no statement generated
With that, the manager knows they need to pay two owners and generate one outstanding statement before closing the month.
Important tips
Open the Dashboard at the start and end of each month to stay in control.
Use the period filters to compare different months.
The Dashboard shows consolidated figures — for detail, open the property or the individual statement.
Common mistakes
Confusing gross revenue with operational revenue on the Dashboard — they are different figures.
Ignoring the alerts about outstanding statements — they point at work that needs doing.
Recommended next step
Understand the difference between operational and official financials so you know when to use each view.
