Set a standard rate for a whole period, such as high or low season, without typing date by date.
A season is the standard rate for a period. Instead of opening the calendar and typing the same value into sixty days, you declare it once: "from 1 December to 28 February, the nightly rate is R$ 700".
Outside the configured periods, pricing follows the usual rules.
For a single date — a holiday, a three-day event — use a special price or the price by date, which are more direct.
1. Go to Settings → Properties and click the property's calendar icon.
2. Open the Seasons tab.
3. Click + New season.
4. Fill in the season name (e.g. High season), the start date, the end date and the nightly rate.
5. Leave the season marked as Active.
6. Click Save season.
To change it later, use Edit on the season card.
A season can be left Inactive without being deleted. It stays in the list with an *Inactive* badge and stops applying. Useful for a seasonal rate you want to reuse next year without re-entering it.
When you delete, the screen confirms and warns you: bookings already made do not change price. They keep the value they were closed at.
The dates that were in the season go back to following the normal pricing order.
There is an important difference here: each season belongs to one room, and uses that room's rate.
When creating one, you select the rooms that will get the season. You can tick several at once: each room gets its own season, with the same dates and the same value, and from then on you edit each one separately.
If any of those rooms already has a season in that period, the screen tells you which ones could not be created — the rest are created normally.
A season is the fourth level of strength. It loses to a package, to the price you typed for the date and to a special price; and it beats the weekday rate and the base rate.
That means: inside a season, Saturday stops being more expensive, unless you create a date price or a special for those Saturdays. See how the nightly price is decided.
A guesthouse with a R$ 300 base rate and R$ 450 Saturdays creates a season from 1 to 31 January at R$ 500.
In January every day costs R$ 500 — Saturdays included. In February everything returns to normal: R$ 300 on ordinary days and R$ 450 on Saturdays.
If they want January Saturdays at R$ 650, they need a special price or a typed value on those dates.
